As a Claims Handler, customer service is paramount. One of your key responsibilities will be to maintain and increase the excellent reputation the company has obtained over the years by ensuring our customers are provided with an outstanding customer experience.

On a daily basis you will be speaking to our new or existing clients. You will be discussing anything from the initial conversation welcoming the client and obtaining all relevant details pertaining to the claim right to the final conversation when a settlement has been agreed with the vendor. On occasion you will also have to discuss aspects of the claim with the third party organisations throughout the course of the claim process.

The role has a good mix of administrative and telephony based tasks. The customer journey that our clients have is extremely important to us therefore we require an individual who is passionate about customer service.

Within this role you will also have the opportunity to accrue a vast array of skills following a clearly structured training and development framework. This also presents you with the opportunity to become multi-skilled, thus allowing you to be flexible across various teams within the business.

Whilst we expect applicants to have a good set of customer service skills including, but not limited to, an excellent telephone manner and analytical skills, experience isn’t necessarily a must as full training would be provided.
